30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Ovea, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will refund the amount you paid for your current subscription term, no complicated hoops.
Eligibility
- The request must be made within 30 days of your first payment.
- The guarantee applies to your first subscription term. Renewal payments after the first 30 days are generally non-refundable, though we review reasonable requests case by case.
- We may decline refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of this policy.
How to request a refund

How refunds are processed

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund — if you're within the 30-day window and want your money back, use the refund request above.
